Some Models wont come with their textures Attached so just drag them to the models (that is why this pack comes with textures ;) )

And to get that pixelated look Just click on the texture / image and switch to point in filter mode, also in max size scale it down till it gets pixelated. also changing resize algorithm to bilinear will make it more crisp.
